Housing and Parking

Free lodging and visitor parking on the Tennessee Tech University grounds will be provided for all accepted participants who wish to use them.

The lodging will be for two nights in the campus residential facilities which is centrally located on the University grounds. From there it is a short walk to the Millard Oakley STEM Center, where the workshop will be held.

Visitor parking will be provided on the University grounds.

Housing Information

Please let us know if you will be staying in TTU housing (single room with private bathroom in New Hall South). Check all that apply.

Special Needs

If you prefer not to stay at TTU campus with free lodging, you may want to call Baymont Inn at Cookeville (Tel: (931) 525-6668) and ask for the "TTU Tapestry Workshop" special rate ($60.00 for up to 4 people in the group). Please note that there will be no reimbursement for lodging outside TTU.

Meal Information

Meals (July 5th morning through July 7th noon) will be provided through University catering facilities. There will be a range of foor choices. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will try our best to accommodate.
